Actually, I think that would be a blast!

I'd be happy to offer up PettyPoint Pool Hall and host a CCB gathering. If I recall correctly, that's the same weekend that poster MarkUrsel is going to be in town as well.

If it would help entice folks, ceebee is the guy that invented the BreakRak, and I bet we could talk him into bringing one to try out.

How 'bout it? Anyone interested? How about you Planoites? Arlingtonians? Houstonians? Austinites? Mansfielders? Oklahomers? Oklahomians? Oklahomites?

Ceebee, I know this was opened up on the CCB, but you may want to check with SPetty, before inviting too many people. I don't know if you realize it, but Petty Point Pool Hall is Private.
 
that is true, SPetty's place is private. I'm sure that everyone wanting to attend will have to be OK'd by SPetty. Posting on a public bulletin board is obviously not a private way of having a get together.

The get together, if it gets too large, will be held at a large public establishment.

I am sorry people, two main gigs who were central to this trip committed to me, but when it came time to put down a deposit on the trip, they went south and killed the trip. I guess they thought I worked free or was stupid enough to come in for a rubber check. When they found out they actually had to pay me in real money, their true identities were found out. The trip was gutted by them. For me now to come in just for a fun party will cost me $500, I can party here for free. I am very upset about this, I really wanted to do this bad. There was a lot of people I wanted to meet and play with. I promise we will do this soon, very soon, and when we do, this time I will deal with people who are for real and sincere and not jerking my chain. My mistake, I trusted a couple of people on their words, I will never let that happen to me again.

Dear future champion, I am so sorry to disappoint you, I do however promise to get out soon and work with you on your game and make you the champion you desire to be. I have made many of you, cranking out one more is not a problem.

hey folks, has everyone checked in with SPetty... I'm sure she'd like to have an idea of who is planning to attend.

If she's not going to have a good turnout, she might want to do something else, so do your best to RSVP to SPetty about your intentions...cb
