Getting email addresses for billiard rooms

I am working on trying to get rooms signed up for events for the new
Fury Wheatland Tour through the Oklahoma, Kansas, W. Missouri area,
and it is much more convenient to email rather than be forced to call
every potential room long distance to talk to them about it.

Even rooms with their own website with email information have not
responded in any way so far (Like Magoos and the Palace in Tulsa).

Anyone know of a good way to obtain the email addresses for rooms
for the above regions?

Call them long distance. E-mail is very impersonal and not very business like when dealing with this type of venture. The room owner is sure to have many questions and by contacting them by telephone you can answer those questions immediately. Using the telephone will also start a one on one business relationship with the room owner. The e-mail will describe the tour, but it won't describe YOU. Many rooms have probably disregarded your e-mail or zapped it with a SPAM filter. Call them directly. They will appreciate the fact that you took the time to do so.
