Ok..so i am SLOWLY figureing out this ghost thing. So in general..do you always take ball in hand off of the break? I almost never run out off of the break. Just trying to figure it out so i can lose to hte ghost.
play the ghost at what ever rules you want just dont try and cheat him
he will come back to haunt you lol (sorry)
seriously play him at something you have a chance with and change to more difficult rules as you improve
i currently play the ghost where although he never misses he always gives me ball in hand off the break and off full ball snookers.
you can play him with just 5 balls on the table if you like but remember the aim of the game is to put pressure on yourself in a competetive situation its no good if you win 10-0 but no use if he batters you everytime
Is that a custom mop? What weight is it? I cant tell fomo the pic, so it would be help ful if you could tell me what tip you are using on it. it isnt a cheap wal-mart mop is it? Maybe i can have Varney make me one!!
That's the way most people play. When you gamble with someone against the ghost, you set the rules before hand.
Example:
I let a guy play the 6ball ghost one time. I racked every game, he got the break and ball in hand. If he missed, I won. If he ran out, he won. I never shot. I just racked for him. We played $5.00 a game. I came out like $150.00 up but it took about 6 hours.
Related story:
The same guy backed me to play Hennessee one time. I got the wild 7 in a race to 7 for 200.00 I don't remember the score but I got drilled something like 7-2. This was back when Hennessee was like 15 or so. Maybe even younger. He was no where near the player he is now, but he was still pretty good.
