Gina and felinni on the bay

I'm sure a few on here, including me, have sent him messages. A few of the pics are from 2006, and he is not willing to use escrow. Flag was raised enough for me. Thought of pulling the trigger and paying via paypal with a credit card, then if he doesn't send the cue, file the claim, but I don't want to go through the hassle.
 
Looks like he added a couple from 2012. If the inside of the case is as my eyes are reporting it to me, I sure wouldn't want the cue to be shipped in it. I can't see ANY dividers inside!! Just a red felt lined tube!

It's not a Fellini case.

The divider is pushed off to the side...it's in there.

Looks like it will need a lot of work. How much would that end up costing and how long would it take I wonder. He also did not say anything that I could see about the cue's weight, balance or if the shafts still have original taper or if they have a warp.
