Yeah...what Pool Sleuth said...:p I have one too from Ginacue (the brochure...not the cue...) and all his cues com with a Whitten 1x2 case as well.
 
I ordered a Gina about a month ago. Call the number that was posted. Ernie is a very pleasant person to talk to. He will Email you a catalog and price list. The resolution of the catalog is not very good. I searched the web to get better pictures of the cues. Here is a start:

He said he will start making cues again and told me it would be about 6 months for mine to be completed. His prices aren't as bad as you may think, not cheap but not as much as some of the cues by other makers being posted for sale on this forum.

He had a couple on hand for immediate delivery but they were not what I wanted so I just decided to order one and wait.

This is similar to the one I ordered, model 11C, but I am getting different color veneers. It is $2750 with a leather wrap and ivory joint
