***Ginacue 50th Anniversary Cue***

I was at Ernie's shop the other day, and he was just finishing the first of his 50th Anniversary cues. He's been building them for about 36 months. He made a few (five I think) of the fancier handled "wrapless" cues pictured, with 2 or 3 being snakewood rather than ebony. He was kind enough to allow me to take a few photos and also consented to let me "share" them. I expect these are the first photos of the cues made public.

I think most will agree with me that they are beyond stunning. I'll let the photos speak for themselves (although the cues are much more impressive in the flesh). I think they are among the most beautiful cues he's ever made aesthetically, and technically I think they are certainly the most complex in terms of materials, techniques, number of parts, etc. He's really showing what he's learned in 50 years of making custom cues with these anniversary cues.

I'm pretty sure the 5 "fancier" cues have all been sold but some number of the 50 ebony "wrapped" cues are available.

Enjoy the pics!

Love the rings... can't understand why Ernie would not have used them at the butt cap.

Overall not feeling the points... certainly some exceptional work from a master, but the Gina Anniversary cues have never tripped my trigger like many of his other designs.

3 years of work finally unveiled. Absolutely stunning work from the most successful custom cuemaker of all time. The snakewood cue is also my favorite.

The legend of Ginacue continues.....................:bow-down:

Thanks for posting,

Unreal cues! Great photos, too. Thanks for posting those.

That said, as amazing as the 50th anniversary cues are, my favorite Gina is still the one that resides in JimmyRayK's avatar. ;)

Thank you........my favorite too.

I have said for years that if I never see another tuxedo cue again I will be happy. But....these are amazing. The rings in particular are striking. Just the idea that he is doing a 50th Anniversary run is awesome. Ernie did not disappoint with these.

So cool to see someone craft his own legacy.

Thank you for sharing the photos.

Price on ebony ones roughly???

Been looking for a reason to sell my second car and if its roughly the same $$...
