Just wondering what the latest consensus is on the bestest, thinest, not really there glove.

I ask because the pool room I play at has relocated next to a lake and there's a high level humidity. Normally, I've always been able to go "bare back" but current circumstances have me reconsidering.

A few years ago I tried a Molinaria and hated it. Don't care about getting a dozen for $2... just want the best. What sayz you?

I like the unglove, as it removes the high failure part of the glove, the palm. Even the reinforced ones I've tried wore out the same way.

Big second on the unglove. I shoot with it 90% of the time. It meats your "barely there" criteria for sure and absolutely gets the job done. Cueing action feels smooth as silk. I'll probably order anyone soon myself.

Glove wearers go through dozens a year. I never pick them up when I see it on the ground or table. I pick it up with my cue and put it in the trash. It’s like seeing someone’s dirty underwear. Sweat, dust and filth inside a pocket too.

Nothing wrong with using one. It’s just a filthy item.

Not true. I have a mcdermott and a predator and they last at least 2 years sometimes more. ill never played without one again.

The molinari are very thick. honestly the predator glove was the thinnest to me But also tore the easiest. You have to be real careful taking it on and off.

I go through 1 year And play every single day. You have to clean it and you can’t rip it off like an animal.

Pro’s use gloves but yeah they are just for an apa 4. 🙄small close minded people crack me up. gloves have been around for 30 years .. because they make Sense.

Edit to say sorry if that came off harsh but this is what I’m so tired of in pool. If you prefer no glove or wood shafts or it works for you just to wipe it down that’s cool . We are all different. But why do people in this game always have to put each other down just because we prefer something different or are more open to try new ideas or products. Is it your ego? Does it make you feel better about yourself putting other people down who like something you don’t? This never happens in golf. No one cares what equipment you use. If you can afford that new $600 driver or some new learning tool even if you’re terrible. Cool. Support the industry and the game. Whatever. No one seems to care. But a glove that is now been in use for almost 30 years is still something a low level player does even though you can turn on pro pool and the best players in the world use them.
