Myself and others are pulling for ya this weekend. I see that you won the 1st set...keep it up!

I'm also glad to see Jamie Baraks, Tang, & Oscar make it to the 2nd round on the right side of the board. The only thing that sucks is that its a small field and the group of people that I'm pulling for will meet up in the 3rd round. :(

Hey Timberly. Actually, I got my ass handed to me. lol. Its okay though, this is the happiest I have ever been going 2 and out. I thought I played really well. Ronnie had me 7-5. He scratches off a break and I get to hill. Dry break, and don't shoot again. On the losers side Johannes and I played great, he just made more balls on the break. He's a cool guy too.
Corey was down 6-2 to Ronnie when I packed my bags. GL Corey, hope NOT to see ya at Shooters Labor Day Weekend...Oscar

DOH! I missed that... scanning through the bracket real quick, I didn't realize I had misread it. Tough losses for sure but it sounds like you really put up a fight. Sorry you went 2 and out but glad to hear you enjoyed yourself none the less. That says a lot about your character... most guys would be too mad to even bother getting on a computer for days and they certainly wouldn't have walked away with a smile on their face. We need more Oscar's in the world. ;)

Thanks for coming on and sharing what happened and for giving us an update on Corey... The IPT site hasn't updated this event in quite awhile. :(

Luckily for him, my dad is already on the tour. He dropped me off at the event and watched my match with Ronnie, but had to go to work as usual. Thanks for the compliments. Its not easy losing 2 and out, but hey, I'm still paying my dues. :rolleyes: Maybe one day...
Anyways, what is up with the updates? Arturo was up on Chen 7-2. And my buddy Nick Spano had been playing with Tang for a while but didn't know the score. They are probably just waiting for the event to finish the day.
 
It appears that I was bad luck for the folks I'm pulling for in CA. They're either on the one loss side or out of the tourney altogether. :(

There was a small group I was pulling for in IL and they're about half and half as far as winners bracket and one loss side.

I think I'll stay away from the computer tomorrow and just check out the IPT site for the winners on Sun afternoon. :o

I could've sworn I saw his name on a qualifier list... must've been the IPT player list :o Timberly<--- has enough grey hairs to have plenty of grey (same as blonde) moments. :D

They finally updated the site.... :(
