I am very curious as to your long term perspective on using traditional maple shafts. Just keep in mind that having a "new piece of equipment" can help you pay more attention to what you are doing. Sometimes, that additional focus settles down and you go back to your regular focus and the supposed increase in performance slowly goes back to your standard level of play. This may or may not happen to you but it has happened to others, including me.
This is what I am also curious about. The whole reason I tried using non LD was to see how hard it could be to adjust, shooting every shot "consciously" thinking about what I need to do to apply spin. I am wondering if in five months if I will be tired out and wanting to go back, or if I just so happened that by actively trying the other side of the coin I might have really found the way I want to play. And thanks for the kind words.
