Going to check out a table next week.

I'm going to check out a table next Monday, and I thought I'd ask what to look at/look for. It's not exactly a high end table, older Delta 3 piece slate. I can already tell from the pictures that the cloth needs to be replaced. I'm going to check the cushions for dead spots, and do the standard corner-pocket-3-rail-to-other-corner-pocket-test, seeing if it banks long or short. Is there anything else I should concern myself with? Thanks.

I think one of the more important things when looking at any used table is the structural condition of the parts. Bump the side of the table to see if it wobbles. Check to see if the blinds or rails are loose. See if you can see any chewed up hardware.

Check the playability. It is good to check the condition and play of the rubber, cloth and slate.

Also, obviously, the cosmetic condition of the table which will stick out as the most obvious if there are problems.
