I am in the market to buy a used 9 foot table. I currently have a 9 foot, it is a terrible table, but sort of playable. Point is, I am not in a big hurry.
BTW, before the poor quality 9 foot, I had a nice 8 foot Diamond (long story, don't ask).
I have had my eye out for a while watching for a good used table within 100 miles. I have just ran across a Gold Crown II. I would really like a 9 foot diamond, but a Gold Crown certainly seems worth settling for.
What do you table mechs think? Should I consider the GCII? What would be a good price? The table has been in a pool hall, when the rail rubber needs replaced, what will that run?
