Gold Crown III Rail Assembly

I recently got a Gold Crown III with the subway rail assembly (automatic return assembly.)

I like drop pockets better, so I had the assembly removed and put on the droppers. (Yeah, I hear you groaning, but I do like the drop pockets better.)

My question is, is this assembly worthless, or should I try to sell it, and if so what should I ask?

If you post pics and an ad in the for sale section here showing condition and set a reasonable price, you can probably easily find a buyer here. It should easily cover the costs of your new drop pockets if not twice that or more, just all depends on the condition.

Shipping will probably be high with big parts like that, so just don't ask too much or try to be too greedy in this poor economy and I'm sure they'll find a good home.

If I wasn't broke I would love a return set for my gc, and would jump at something in the $100 - $150 or so range not counting shipping.

150 being if the plastic pockets are really good looking too, but alas I am too broke even for a great deal. When the economy was better and more folks had spare money to spend they would have sold for more, but that's not so much the case now.

I couldn't buy them now even if they were free.
