I recently got a good deal on a brand new GC-VI -- a 9' tournament edition, automatic ball return, Simonis Green cloth, .... The rails are sloped such that the chalk will slide onto the floor unless it is placed very close to where the rubber/felt meets the rail with the diamonds on it. If you walk in with $CASH$, you can get a much better deal than what might otherwise be expected. Haggle for just the table style, felt, delivery and setup, they pay the tax, etc. -- i.e., price out the door. Get the extras like balls, cues, racks, brushes and such separately -- after the table is negotiated.
