Gold Membership

I see that the gold membership gives you extra pm space. Does anyone know if that means you get the ability to attach pictures to private messages?

I just attempted to attach a picture in a private message to you and as long as it's not to large
you can. You size the picture down. I am also not sure that you must be a gold member to be
able to do so.
