Goldcown V

This might be a tall order but let’s give it a shot.

Looking for a used Goldcown V tournament Edition with roll down option in Southern California or surrounding area. Anyone have?

Second option is new purchase for someone to quote.

John.

I guess if I want to keep up with craigslist, I should post a picture of the table.

Not a great picture, but a great table.

The rails were done by a top-notch technician. The pockets as the table came from Brunswick were awful.
Here are the new 4-3/8" pockets (in blue) compared to the standard pockets ( green).

Where is this table and how much? The roll down or All return option (which is a better and official term). Is nothing more than the rail and ball return storage. I can add it latter so it’s not a huge deal.

So back to my question of where is it and how much?

Bump. Still looking and interested. Victorville fell through and no longer available. Anyone else in the Southern California area have a used Goldcrown V tournament addition for sale?

Have you thought about a new Diamond Pro Am? They are not as expensive and you get a NEW table

p.s. Victorville gc5 was a hack job, no top notch mechanic would do such terrible pocket facing work and would NEVER shim a pocket that much with out properly extending the subrails. I bet those pockets played terribly.

That might be the case. I won’t regret it. There is a reason why I can find a dozen diamonds and a very rare few Gold Crown V’s. It’s the price one must pay for the best table in the world.

I restore old Brunswick tables for a living full time. I also as of last year started selling Diamond Products. Nothing wrong with selling the best 2 products in pool.

I agree 100% that the Brunswick Gold Crown 5 is the finest pool table out there!!

p.s. Unless you are going to go pick on up, buying it new might be your best option. I would haggle the heck out of your local Brunswick Dealer, there is a lot of head room concerning profit on that table!

I know where a few of them are, but, the asking prices are $5-6k so by the time you ship it, pay someone to set it up, there aint much "meat on the bone" for someone like me to make anything on it.

I will be setting it up myself. Are the ones you mention “NEW”?
