golden camphor burl

I bought some golden camphor burl.....I wanted to know if anyone has ever worked with this burl and if it needed to be stabilized.

The info I have says it's stable but I would definitely core it.

Appreciate you responding....I was wondering just what is the info that you have is it a list of stable vs unstable wood? I planned on coring it anyway.

if its a BURL it will not be stable.

I have a spec sheet on it from one of the. Web sites. I core everything any way.
