But I agree that at the top level the long game is crucial.
Ha, yeah I didn't mean to imply that 10 year old century breakers are a dime a dozen, for sure they are rare, my point was that there are dedicated junior players at a very young age knocking in big breaks on a regular basis and no one would claim that they could compete with the top 16. So anecdotes that you hear about this player running centuries, that player building big breaks, really doesn't get you far when considering if they have what it takes to play at the top level.
