thanks Leonard. my reputation precedes me I guess. that is the last time I ship ANYTHING the way they suggest me to...imo, it was slow. sorry it took so long to get there, but once it's shipped...it's kinda out of my hands. enjoy the book and thanks for the purchase. Jeff
