Junior Nationals

Good luck to my good friend Lars Vardaman in Ann Arbor. I am in his corner. Good kid with a smrt head on his shoulders. Plays well too. I will not be there so if anyone else is there keep me posted. on this thread.

Congratulations on qualifing and good luck to all the other young players chasing their dreams. The future of our sport is them.

Anyone else knowing players there post them here and we can keep track together.

Rohan Patel and Mike Hill are two more from Arkansas

Best of luck to two of my home state's favorite sons, Sam Gilmer and Daniel Middleton. Best of rolls to you both.

I just looked at the BCA page about the Junior qualifiers...Lars qualified in Missouri! I used to play against Lars at Sharky's Billiards and Teachers Billiards in Illinois a few years back. Lars is a great shot and a pretty smart player!

GOOD LUCK LARS!!!

Another future PRO to keep your eye on is Justin Bergman from Illinois. I played against him at Teachers Billliards also. I was rated a 4.5 and he was a 5 at age 9!! He could run RACKS and play safties better than 60% of the players there! He's placed and won numerous adult tournaments around his area and is going to be one to watch out for!!

BEST OF LUCK JUSTIN!!!

Justin is Preston's younger brother. Preston and I have played together many of times at tournaments/ leagues. Justin is really good, but Preston is said to still be better.

Thanks for the link Zims. I'm rooting for Jack Weltch. Hope he gets through the one loss side.
