I did check out the brackets on WPBA.com and noticed that Sarah did beat her first opponent :)

I wish I had good news, but I don't really. I won my first match and lost my second. I reported about it in detail in the main forum.

All I can say is that I am still in and that is all that matters....I'm ready to do well, I guess I just wanted to get my $500 worth and play a little more. :)

Well i hate to be the bearer of bad news but Sarah lost her second match hill-hill when her opponent accidently hit the 9ball in :(

I think we need to give Sarah a big Group Hug

As Sarah's roommate on tour, all I can tell you is that she did have some really bad luck at this event. But being the champion that she is, I'm sure her day to shine is not too far away!

Thank you all for your continued encouragement. I thank you all for sticking by my side even when I'm not playing that great or can't pull out the close matches.

I did get some bad luck in this tournament. Some flukey things happened like a ball flying off the table when I tried to bank a ball and didn't hit it hard, the table rolling off about 5 inches or so and I scratch because of it. Or in another match, the 9ball being slopped in hill-hill. It is all part of the game. I guess I am saving up all my good rolls for one tournament. We will see.

Alice, thanks for the encouragement. You played well this tournament and hopefully you will play well the rest of the year. Thanks for being a good friend.

Anyway...sorry to disappoint again. I promise I will have a good finish sooner or later.

Dont worry about it shit happens. All you can do it keep on truckin. Like pink floyd says just another brick in the wall! I dont know if that makes since but oh well I tried at least!! Thats all you can do is to try!!
