It is scheduled on P2P http://www.myp2p.eu/favourite.php which means that sopcast,tvu and tvants will pick it up

since its on ESPN STAR Sports use channel 6029 if using sopcast.
look at the schedule though I set the time zone to EST (for the search)and it starts at 5:00 AM 9:30 Friday
then midnight to 6:00 on saturday - brutal

i use 3.03 and channel 6029 is offline :(
i plan to record today's game :(
 
Here we go

'Live' telecast starting in less than 2 hours time across Asia. Final 32 list in out on another thread. Think Hohmann is set to play Ko Pin Yi next round

What channel are you watching it on SOPCAST? Mine is 91049 and it is constantly buffering and has no audio.

I clicked on the TVANTS link but it is not showing billiards.
 
I cannot access SOPCAST so I am watching it through PPLIVE. Is the commentary in SOPCAST in English or in Chinese like PPLIVE?

for some reason the sopcast channels weren't working - i eventually used PPlive but unfortunately it was dubbed in Chinese the show (starsports) being english.

Other than that the coverage and streaming were good.

The draw is not posted anywhere - I think they started with the last 32 (16 from the winners bracket and 16 from the loosers) and redrew.

I dont know what eventually happenned in Thorsten's match but I know
Souquet came from behind and won and SVB squandered a 7-5 lead and lost 8-6 to Ricky Yang

Malvindo can you post the remaining draw?

This link has English commentary. Live streaming will start at midnight US est or 9 pm US pacific so we have at least 6 hours of free pool.

Interesting matches going on at the same time but I understand why they chose the Ricky Yang match because he is from Indonesia.

Commentator Errors

Am watching the semi and final event of Guiness 10-ball live from Jakarta. It was pretty exciting but hard not to noticed the commentators are making so many errors.

I think the commnetators are Bob something and another unknown. Not sure they know enough of the sport to qualify to sit in those chairs. Is pretty annoying even when mistakes are made, they do not realize.

Maybe Starsport should start thinking of changing new guards.

You do realize that this is last year thread don't ya. The other guy is chuck Shriner , I would always mute it when he is on the mic
