Just took delivery of an Omen "Hoppe Howitzer" jump/break. It's more than I expected both in performance and refinement. I'm sure that you made a great decision.

By the way, I was surprised to see the several already finished playing cues that Pete has in stock and reduced a few hundred dollars. "Vodoo Daddy" from this forum just moved to Michigan and I had a chance to hit with his new Omen playing cue. AWESOME !!! Good luck with the new cue but I don't think you'll need it ...Tom

I just got one Pete Ohman's J/B cue, top quality of shaft and power break.

Omen cues are great players, and very well executed. I loved mine and often wish I had it back. Burl points with recut veneers, ivory joint and ivory and burl check rings. It was sweet.

I recently purchased an Omen from Bamacues, and I really like how it plays. Coke into ebony forearm, wood to woood joint, with ivory ferrule. I'm really not into the recut look, and the shorter of the hi/low points are not real even, but man it plays VERY nicely.
