Good or Bad cue from phillipines

I've bought 2 cues from them, just to check them out.The inlay work is excellent, finish OK. The problem with both cues are the shafts. None of the 4 were really straight. But, I will tell you, the hit was excellent on the first one I bought. Tips are junk, and will need to be replaced. I'm not sure of the ferrule material, it's almost a translucent, and off white in color. But I love them! I'm playing with a very similar Filipino cue right now, that uses the same materials. I don't know who made it, maybe TGL. For the starting bid price, worth a gamble.

I dont know if whos the maker, but on that price i think its good enough as a frontline player. And btw the ferrule materials was called a "majung" its a piece of translucent hard plastic that was used in traditional games here in my country. unfortunately it was not my type.
