Good place in Canada to repair refurb a cue??

HI yall I have a huebler that I need to get repaired hopefully.

I have a feeling ther is a fracture in the cue somewhere, I swear to god you can hear it crackle when I shoot no one else hears it but I know its there I think its just above the wrap or possibly under the wrap

i heard Ricks or something like that in Toronto fixes cues..this i am not sure...but he sells cues i think

Canada is a big place.

Sound tends to travel pretty well in cues when you shoot and you can here sounds in areas where the problem is not near. You might find out it is a ferrule problem which would be a good thing. Try vibrating the cue by holding it at the butt and lightly hitting it right below the joint, see if you can hear the noise when doing this.
