Just received this Dave Kikel cue today. Cue has 6 equal length Ebony points into drop dead gorgeous Tulipwood. Each Ebony point has a re-cut Tulipwood point. Inside the re-cut Tulipwood point is an Ivory Tiffany diamond. The butt sleeve has a similar pattern with 6 large Ebony diamonds with Tulipwood diamonds inside the Ebony, and Tiffany Ivory diamonds inside the Tulipwood diamonds. There are red and yellow segmented rings in every position.

The cue is 19.0oz with both shafts. Shafts are 13mm with Sumo tips. Pin is a brass radial. Price is $1,595 or near offer with special consideration to AZB members.

Will be posting this to our website with better pics in the next week or so.

Thanks,

Joe,

I will have a couple with me, but we do not have a booth. This year I'm going to play, sweat the action, and meet a lot of people in person that I have met over the net. I'll mainly be bringing a few cues for trading with some people who have asked me to bring specific cues. I know you were in no way suggesting this, but I have to say that I respect the dealers who have paid for their booths and all the expenses to set up for a week at the DCC. I know there are people at the DCC who sell cues out of their hotel rooms and I do not believe that is fair to the paying vendors. I could not commit to a week in Louisville this year and would like to have a little more inventory to bring before purchasing a booth. Hopefully, next year we will have a booth.

Looking forward to seeing you in Louisville!

Thanks for all the compliments on the cue; it will be a very nice addition to someone's collection.

I truly enjoying working with Dave Kikel and I love his work. He is currently working on personal cues for me and my partner (Joe...AKA RunArak). Mine is going to be a very traditional cue with ivory peacocks, and Joe's is going to be Ebony, Pink Ivory, and Ivory.

I fully agree with you, Jamie. When I come to these shows with cues, I usually deal only with folks like Scott Murphy and Sean of Cue Addicts, Joe Salazar or others with whom I have traded/dealt with in the past. We have all known each other as businessmen for several years now. Another issue about buying off others (and I don't want to start anything), but I was with Scott Murphy a couple of years ago when a "known" cue thief happened into his area...it was not pretty. No way do I want to get a "super" deal on a cue only to find that it was lifted.

Having said that, you got anything you want to trade for anything I have before the event?:D :D

Be sure to post pictures of those beauties.

By the way Jamie, I am the one that has the Blackcreek butterfly we e-mailed each other about. I recently found this forum and enjoy it.
