ok i have an older schon and i want a leather wrap. Im really liking the look of some of the stacked leather wraps on the tiger website. My deal is that im tall, and even with a 60" cue my hand is right on the back edge of my linen wrap right now, so I think I want a longer than usual stacked leather wrap. I understand this will alter the cue some but is that a problem, to extend beyond where the linen wrap went say by an inch, or two. Or maybe all the way down to the buttcap. This is a early 90's sp46, not worth that much and i love how it hits, so I dont care if this would somehow lessen the value, It will probably be one of my playing cues forever. Also do you guys do your own stacked leather, or do you just buy it from tiger? I see the tiger website sells them for 150, and from what i read thats installed, what do most of you guys charge to do this type of wrap. I would probably want a refinish while i was at it. What would something like that cost? Feel free to pm me or answer here. Heres a pic of something i saw i really liked,
thanks

It is not a problem to extend the wrap area by an inch. Of course this means that the wrap channel needs to be extended and any inlays, rings, etc... will be lost in that area.

As far as playability, any changes would be negligable.

If you are going to re-finish the cue, do that 1st! Have the cue re-finisher cut the extra channel as well.

The standard price for a wrap is $150 and that includes return ground shipping to you (insured). If we need to cut the extra wrap channel that will run you extra.

Give us a call at 818-238-9906 or email me at corey@tigerproducts.com.
