Big Truck also uses Audio Video Web and I believe Teachers does too.
I have bought almost every ppv from Big Truck, Accustats, TAR and Teachers and not encountered the problems I had with the Gotham ppv. Any problems with the streams from the former sites were quickly acknowledged and either solved or refunds offered.
Since the problems with the streaming do not seem to reside strictly with my end I can assume the problems come from the source. As of yet no acknowledgement or resolution of the problem, with the streaming from Gotham, has been forthcoming.
Since the price is high and the Predator Tour seems to link Gotham Billiards and Steinway streams together I am not willing to take a chance on any streams working until the problem is addressed.

I understand. The lack of chat does not help the issue either. Again, I am by no means trying to justify anything that has happened.
My company Gotham City Technologies is focused on customer service and this would not happen in my company. I have contacted people at the room and I have been told that the viewers should contact the room. I pasted a link to the audio video web before just for whatever reason. I am very very limited on what I can do otherwise I would be there tearing things up from the floor to the ceiling to get you working.

If you still have the stream, i can try to do a remote support session with you to try and figure out what is going on. I am not getting paid for any support, but I truly feel for all of you and will try to do something if possible.

i watch streams since years, like a lot of others here too.
i always say, if the stream is for free than its really not nice when its not working fine, but ok, however.
but, when i pay for something, i just want what i payed for, simple deal.
and if there are problems, i want to get a solution, so everybody is lucky.
shit can happen, but its the art, how to solve problems.
in the case of gotham, im really shocked like i wasnt in long time.
i paid for yesterday and could watch the shaw match, after that black screen, restart computer, different browsers, no way, no chance.
so i thought ok, 18$ for a half match is too much, i make contact to the support.
next problem, there is no support.
upstate al didnt answer me, ron was friendly but of course its not his fault, he could not help me either, so last try, i messaged audiovideoweb, which answered me short, its not their problem.
so now im sitting here, like a robbed *****, money is away, didnt get any benefit or service,nothing.
no sry, no way to try solve it, nothing, just like, you paid, now **** off.
im really dissapointed and pissed off,i will not buy the stream anymore for today, altough i would have loved to watch the matches today very hard.
cant believe how people making their business

How do you justify charging more than U,S. open??? They have brackets live scoring and a great picture not pics of brackets ect. Also great commentaters. I pend alot on ppv but not on this unless it is done right.

Many agree the price was way too high. I'm sure not too many bought it.
