I found him to be easy to deal with as well. Purchased a cue from him not long ago, and once last year I ended up with a Fry sneaky that was his and he ended up with a Scruggs that was mine. Couldn't of been happier in how the mix up was handled by him.

Wish I had kept the scruggs too *lol* scruggsinhand has it now. I can't believe how often I get those sneaky's and how often I just turn around and sell them...idiot I am.
