Jim made my first custom cue (my avatar). I could not be more pleased with the results. It's absolutely beautiful. I just love playing with it and marveling at the incredible craftsmanship.

Jim was a superb person to deal with . . . communication, price, shipping . . . the whole package was an exceptional, professional way to purchase my cue. I've contacted him about doing another cue for me. I would not hesitate to highly recommend him to everyone here in the Forum.

Nothing for sale here.

I just did not want to Reply in that other thread, where every single reply bumps that first post with that AWFUL, UNFAIR title!!

Thanks Jim Baxter

I had a cue in mind and Jim has been awesome in bringing it to life. Jim is a true professional. Cant wait for the cue to be finished.

I have never had a problem with Jim Baxter

All I can say about Jim is that he has a outstanding following here on AZ. I have bought from Jim before and talked to him on many times he has been nothing but nice a PRO. My 2 cents.

Great Deal and FAST

I requested j/ps for my Allen Green cue on Monday and had perfectly matching veneered j/ps within a week and he only had my terrible pics on my album to use as a reference.

Jim Baxter

I started a thread not long ago asking about 60" cues. There are 60" Sneaky Pete's on eBay for $180 and I posted the link asking opinions about these cues. Jim took it upon himself to PM me his opinion which was basically "you'd be happier if I built you a 60" cue." He told me it would be a simple sneaky pete style cue with few options and he couldn't build it for less than $XXX, but since I was concerned with price he would build it for $50 less. (I don't want to post the actual prices since it was in a private message). I was so impressed with his generosity that I said when I was ready to build it we would go all out and not spare any expense.

I can't say why Mr. Baxter builds cues, but it's not for the money. I think it's so the world can have quality playing equipment at a reasonable price. As soon as my Al Link sneaky is finished I will contact Mr. Baxter about building my 60" cue. Keep doing what you do Jim!

Also thanks for posting all you're work in the gallery section, great looking stuff!
