Great experience With Ozone Billiards

I ordered some stuff from Ozone Billiards last week including a "Hustler" poster featuring Paul Newman. Everything came on Monday and when I opened the box (which was undamaged) I noticed a large dent in the tube the poster was in. I was hoping the poster wasn't damaged but it ended up having a crease about 3 inches in all the way up and down the right side of the poster. I called Ozone Billiards customer service and let them know and they have immediately sent out another poster at no charge to me. It was just so nice see them stand behind their company and product. Just thought I would share this with everyone incase you are wondering who to order from. Don't be afraid to order from them.

I have done a lot of business with Ozone.. they are outstanding. Viking hosed a special order they arranged for me, and they offered to own the cost of fixing it.. I was impressed.

Ozone, Platinum, Billiard Warehouse and PoolDawg have always given me this kind of service, It makes me feel good to have these kind of people out there to deal with and it helps the game along getting over it's bad rep.

I've had the same kind of experiences with pooldawg. On a couple orders, items were substituted for things I wanted. After I emailed them, they sent me the items omitted and never asked me to send back the items I received in error. I've also contacted them regarding questions not related to orders, and I've always received personal responses.
