great problem with predator

Some months ago, I said in this forum that a reseller didn't want to replace a z2 shaft that had a problem after having been used less than one month.

After many many seachs, someone on this forum talked me about a man of Predator : Darrin
and gave me his email address

Darrin concluded that my shaft had to be replaced and that it was covered by the warranty.

Due to a computer crash, I lost the email address of Darrin.

I am waiting for my new Z2 shaft since february .... They said that I had to wait about one month because many of their new shafts had problems and must be replaced, but ... the month is long ....

Someone here who knows the address of Darrin? (sorry for my English)

I tried this twice but there is nos response.
I wrote via the site itself (in the sub site dedicated to Predator) and via a mail sent to him from the site.
His personal mail address is not referenced on the seyberts site.
