FWIW, I am fairly confident that the guy who made the video and is doing the shooting is Jean Christophe Roux. He played in the Worlds in Bordeaux.

For anyone that looked at the Jaspers commercial I should add that at the end, after the drunk gets his autograph he tells Jaspers, in Dutch, "I have all your records". That is why Jaspers face falls at the end. Also, the bartender and the drunk are well known Dutch actors.
