I just wanted to mention of the quality business both of these gentlemen conduct.
I ordered an OB-1 partial shaft blank from Shinobi and he was a pleasure to deal with. When the shaft arrived at the cuebuilder's shop it was noted that the shaft had some damage that likely occurred during shipping. I emailed pics of the damage to Shinobi, who forwarded my email to RBC (Royce). Royce contacted me and stated that he would build a new partial and replace mine immediately. No problems, no questions, and he offered an apology (which not many business owners do anymore).
Anyone would be well served to take either (or both) of these men their business.
This was a quality transaction.
