Great White.... Free Drawing.....

I received my blue "cube" in the mail earlier this week. I've had a chance to play with it a bit, and I have to say upon first impression, I really like it. It's a lot firmer than the white was. It doesn't disintegrate upon application, or make a mess all over the table. It doesn't stick to the cue ball as much as the white did for me. It stays on the tip well, and I feel it performs better than Masters or Blue Diamond. I haven't tried Kamui or Magic chalk, so I can't speak to that. It is a lighter shade of blue than you might be used to, but that's just fine. It doesn't show up all over the table like the white does. I'm still not sure how I feel about the cylindrical shape, feels a little bit awkward in your hand after being so used to holding a cube. That's a little distracting. But overall, excellent product. Thanks Chris!

We fall down and we get up... The original Great White had been mixed at high speed because of a motor swap in a Hobart rebuild we bought... The White version no longer bows to anyone..... The fact that we make our products here in Tennessee is hard action.. All facets of production fall on our shoulders as far as quality and performance.. I can only imagine ordering chalk and then selling it at a big markup without having to worry with QC or production schedule must be awesome...

We have some production 2nds building up.. We will likely do "free" chalk where you pay shipping of $2.04... I could charge $3 to help offset cost but that would be a little sideways to call it free....

Got mine today! Headed out tomorrow for the first test run! So excited! Product already feels good in the hand. (Denser then some chalk) feels "solid", looks great. The blue is a great shade.

Outsville GREAT WHITE Chalk (Mako Blue) - review

1st things first, let me once again Thank REFENO & Outsville for the FREE CHALK!

As promised in return, here is feedback & review of the GREAT WHITE Chalk (Mako Blue color) product I received. I've had some time to test this out and play with this chalk & It's time to share my feedback....

Player Level:
Amateur Level, Recreational, League & Occasional Weekly & State Tournaments player.

Other Chalks that I have used to compare to this too based on my experiences are the following (in order of most recent):

Predator
Blue Diamond
Balabuskha
Pre-Flag Masters
Lava
Triangle
Masters

Color: I personally think this shade of blue matches the Simonis "Tournament Blue" cloth great! I love it.

Shape (really this part isn't as important to me): I prefer the round shape over the square. It's good, but I do like the hex shape the best. Which is based on how I hold the chalk when not in use.

Performance: Chalk works great! I noticed less miscues then I normally would have seen using other brand of chalk.

Chalk Application/re-application: I pushed myself out of my usual "Comfort Zone" where I would normally re-apply chalk of other brands to my tip, and was impressed that I did NOT need to re-apply this product as often.

Chalk Life: I use a swipe/brushing motion to apply to tip, and mine still looks new. I can tell this will last a LONG time, compared to other products I can only assume longer because I apply it less often.

Table Aftermath: I used this on Tourney Blue Simonis & Tourney Green Champion.
This is ideal for the Tourney Blue Simonis, as expected the green has a little more mess, nothing major.

Costs: Comparable In-line with other Performance Chalks, great value.

Overall: Great Product! Yes, I will purchase this product again, and ever consider future products from this company.
