"The two customers, Liu and Chen pled guilty to the attempted smuggling charges against them and their sentencing is still pending in federal court."

I thought you were a nice guy, but now, heck, you a criminal, its offishial, don't even try to vote or own a gun anymore... Maybe a special Presidential Cue will get you an early pardon, it's worth a shot, and considering who will be in office, the casino guy ya know, maybe you could just play him some pool, best of seven for the pardon vs a Ginacue sneaky pete, no ivory of course, and considering your age he should give you the eight and the break, at least that's what I would hold out for, just make sure he posts up, you know his rep about bankrupting away his debts and stuff.
