I have messaged Mr. Cipollini, waiting to hear back, as soon as I do I will let everyone know. Thanks!

This is an old post but I figured it deserved a conclusion. I tracked Lou down a decade ago because I love this poster.

As my original post explained, he didn’t have any posters left. They went long ago, however, he did locate the original
ten (10) artist proof posters he had to produce before the printing of the posters could occur. Like I wrote, I have artist
proof #3 since I was the reason Lou rummaged his garage searching for this poster. He retained artist proofs numbered
1 and 2 for himself. I know one other Azer jumped on this opportunity after I told him about it but I don’t know what
happened to the other six artist proof posters. Lou told me these were the last 10 uncirculated posters he knew of
and he couldn’t produce this same poster again so these were akin to the novel, “Ten Little Indians”….pretty scarce.

Since nothing seems to have subsequently happened since the OP started this thread, I figured it deserved closure as
best I can assist. But if Lou was able to produce copies more of this poster, I hope everyone that wanted one got one.

Thanks for the update. I never found one but I'm still in the market if anyone wants to sell one.
Stan

What'ya Think?

My all time favorite poster.......a few years ago I actually tracked Lou down.
I asked if he still had any posters and unfortunately he didn't. I was crushed.

A week later he calls me and said he rummaged through his records and much
to his amazement, he still had the original 10 proofs (artist copies) on the production.

Lou kept the first two copies for himself and let me have poster no. 3 which I am
delighted to own. I spent a few coins getting it matted & framed but it lloks great.

Hello, I hope that your doing great today. I picked up a cue that belonged to Pete Sinkler and really am looking for his past friends who can give me some background about it ?

Respectfully
Tommy

Is the cue a Black Boar that has an AS10 forearm and stars and scrimshawed rectangles in the butt?

I did contact Mr. Cippolini and let him know about the interest in these posters on AZB. He sounded interested and said he would have to get back to me after he looked into how many he would need to sell to make another production run worth it. I never heard back from him after that. Luckily, I found and purchased one a year of so later from a pool room that was closing, so I did not follow up with him further.
