$1000 Guaranteed for First Place based on a minimum of 20 entries.
There will be Mini's on Friday night, the 7th, and possibly a break contest. If enough are interested, there will be a $50 entry fee, 10 Ball Ring Game in addition to the Tournament, on 9' Gold Crowns.
 
Action has already started around Billiards Down Under as of last night. There are a few people expected to come into town tonight and I'm sure the action will pick up even more. I won't be there tonight (have a match somewhere else) but will be there tomorrow and tomorrow night, so if any of you that are close enough do come to Fort Smith, look me up. Just ask the guy behind the counter for Bob and he'll point me out. I'll key you in on the guys to gamble with and steer you away from trouble or the nits.
While the Tournament itself is on Bar Boxes, there are 12 9' GC's there with 860 that are in excellent condition. I'm not going to play the tournament, but will be organizing a 10-Ball ring game on the 9'ers and a break contest.
The PR Manager has told me that there have been calls from TX, OK, AR, MO, IL and KS, so there might be a really great field there. I know for sure that Jeremy Vulgamore, Jeff Melton and Bobby Ferrel will be there. These guys have some gamble in them.
Hope to see some of you in Fort Smith tomorrow.
