Yes, Tony "makes" a lovely cue, but he makes promises he often can't keep and sometimes decides not to keep.

Hope you sell the cue... looks like the exact one that Guerra reneged on making me about 4 years ago, gave me about $100 back, and still owes me about $800. Real shitbag guy. Always makes promises, never see's the through.
