It says on the front page that the tour will be broadcast live by Star Sports, with 15 hours of broadcasting for each leg of the tour.

That equates to about 5 hours per day of each tournament, beginning today as it is Friday where the tournament is.

Can we watch this on TVU or Sopcast? (Here in the USA).

And where can we get the schedule?

GUINNESS POOL TVU BROADCAST SCHEDULE on ESPN STAR

Matches are available in TVU, STAR SPORTS Channel 10006. I am not sure about SOPCAST. I cannot find the Star Sports channel in SOPCAST. I could be wrong though. The highlight of day 1 which is going to be shown at 8 am US eastern time tomorrow is the Alcano vs Yang match.

TVU and SOPCAST

It is ESPN that they have taken off TVU (at least I cannot find it in mine). However, STAR SPORTS is there via Channel 10006 BUT I cannot seem to connect. There must be something wrong with the broadcast because when I tried to turn to SOPCAST Channel 6029 Star Sports, I cannot connect too but I can connect with the other channels on both players.

Is somebody watching this live right now and what player / channel?
 
Anyone having any luck? Both my players appear to be working when I click on other channels but not Star Sports. It just keeps on buffering.
 
It is only less than 10 minutes (8 am US eastern time) before the Alcano vs Yang match is supposed to be shown but I still cannot get through in both TVU and SOPCAST players.

In the TVU Player, they even have the words "ASIAN 9-BALL TOUR GUINNESS..." at the bottom but I am not getting the stream.

Anybody able to get through? Help please.
 
I got to the channel (Star Sports) on both Sopcast & TVU, only to find there're no signals.
So we can all forget about it!!!:mad:

The Taiwanese are doing quite well. Chang JL is already in last 8 after 2 straight wins. Wu has beaten De Luna 9:4. Chao won the first game too.
Let's see how Yang fare.
 
Yang leading 6-5 over Alcano. Ronnie was using his soft draw break earlier in the match but switched to the hard break when he came up dry. Quite a lot of dry breaks in the televised matches so far.
 
Hooking up

I was not able to hook up with Sopcast or TVU, kept giving me a yield sign with ! in the middle with Chinese words beside it.
