Guitar Humidifiers?

Does anyone think these would be useful inside a cue case? Could it hurt?

It looks like the styles with the clip could attach to an unused shaft slot (tube style or otherwise).

Solid top guitars should be humidified, especially in dry climate like Colorado.
The president of Taylor guitars told me their guitars should be stored in 49% humidity, which is not practical here in Denver.
With that said, I have humidifiers, but I don't use them.
Guitar Center isn't supposed to let a solid top guitar out the door without a little case humidifier.
Humidifiers have a purpose, but they're kind of like joint protectors.
