This cue was taken by the U.S. Fish and Game Department when I left the cue with Ernie to be refinished.

The cue was returned to me because they said it didn't have ivory in it.

I decided to not refinish the cue because the cue now has a unique history.

With this cue's documented history I am sure this is a one of a kind cue.

Please see the pictures for more details.

I have the cue on eBay for $20,000 but I am selling here on AZBilliards for $17,500.

I am willing to meet at any cue maker's shop with your friend that you trust in the Los Angeles area to confirm the cue is a Szamboti.

Wow incredibly lucky to have gotten it back
Yes, once the law or the government has anything you own you have almost no chance of getting it back. A lawyer helped me write letters to Fish and Game and I am sure Ernie said the cue belonged to a customer and I seem to remember it took 10 or 11 months to get it back.
