Anybody know a guy named Floyd (in his late 40's I would think) that usta lived in outside the Charlotte area of NC. His dad usta own a pool room there...
Guess this guy played alot of pool and got into a few big events at some point... said he met a "christian girl" about 10 years ago got married and totally quit playing... just fell off the grid. I'm not sure how good he was at the time.
I met/played him last night here in Tampa. He said that he just started playing again has only been back at the table a month or two...
HOLY A$$ KICKING BATMAN!!! I don't think I've ever taken a beat down like that. Really a nice guy, I enjoyed the beating thoroughly. When I say beating, I mean BEATING. Prolly 15 racks to 1 at least half of those were break & runs the rest I got 1 shot, never more than 1.
lol.
can't wait to play this guy again. what a wonderful A$$ beating that was. I told him that I would play him everyday if he was willing and as long as he was playing with me he would never pay a cent for table time. Sure hope he takes me up on it.
