Guys who never sell cues

If you do this, why do you tell people how to sell cues? You couldn't sell a life jacket to a drowning man, but wrap yourself up in the excuses of "I keep my cues"

Cool

Unbelievable examples on this website of the Dunning Kruger Effect sometimes

If you do not sell cues, how can you be a helpful expert?

Social Media.... The subject usually changes by the 3rd post. Me personally I'd offer my experiences how I pack and ship a cue. As for someone else's sale it's not my business unless I'm buying it. I usually do not sell what I own..but the few times I did I got a lot of unwanted advice especial how to price the item. Dunning K.... I love that study. It's most of the people I met in my life.

As for sales I feel if the OP does not like a post about what they are selling (assuming the listing is accurate) they have the option to have the post deleted on request if it effects the sale

Couldn't and Don't are TWO VERY different things. Someone (not naming any names here) May be excellent at selling cues, but just doesn't like to because they like the cues they buy or trade for or win.

The loser I'm talking to "couldn't", but makes excuses why he "don't"

It's not just him, plenty of imaginary buyers are self-deluded experts in mercantilism

Did they low-ball you, or negotiate down to a specific price and then ghost you?

Is this thread based on something that happened on the Showman Carpenter cue? I love the ratio of the hoppe ring to the butt plate. Too many guys make the butt plate too big. That's a very nice cue.

No, I'm used to that nonsense and don't even care about it

Senile, out of touch brokesters explaining their preferences on how to list a cue for sale are something special though

With this post I’ll never buy a cue from you and I hope no one else does either. Dealing with the public is part of being a salesmen. Sounds like your either not good at it or your burned out from it .. either way I wouldn’t give you a dime after this.

I sell wholesale, no public for me😃😃

Hey I got a retail for a reason lol people suck. Seems this guy should to 😂😂
Retail is WAY too much work for me. In cues or pretty much anything. I like to sell cues to experienced cue collectors or players who know as much or more about cues than me. I’m not opposed to helping others learn about cues, but I stay away from those buyers who aren’t informed. The margin is lower, but so is the amount of time spent on the deal.

best
fatboy 😃😃

WTB…. High end cue real cheap. Must be in perfect condition. Would appreciate free shipping and a 30 day return window if not satisfied. Can I pay it off. Serious sellers only please. And no peanut gallery advice.
