I'm looking for a Halliburton (or similar) case in approximately 1x2 or 2x4. Their website seems to indicate they have smaller cases than the "standard" 4x8, but the dimensions seem about the same as the big case. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks.

I have several. They are great cases for shipping via Fedex like I spoke about in another thread. These cases are rugged, light weight, extremely well built, and draw attention anywhere you go. The 4x8 is my choice, and for $300 you will be well pleased. The difference is the depth of the top part of the case,it is the same as the bottom in the 4x8,allowing storage in the top and bottom. The 2x4 does not have that capability.

How long a Butt or Shaft section will the case accommodate? As Pool n Darts catalog say the case is 36” long but mention nothing about the length of the Cue Cutouts?

I would prefer a Pelican

Check these out. I have a couple of their equipment cases...outstanding. Waterproof and almost indestructible. I also think they would gather less attention than the Big Shiny "Come Steal Me" Aluminum zero-model.

They go for about half.

They even float.
