I hope you knew about the River Rat down on Lake Wiley on the SC side of Buster Boyd bridge. They have the best four inch thick perfectly cooked prime rib (should I say uncooked) in the Charlotte area, it's so good it will make your tongue slap your brains out. Happy eating KV
