This is the night when legend has it that the veil between the worlds of the living and the dead is the thinnest. A time when some of us choose to remember family, friends, and loved ones who have passed from this life to the next. To keep this pool related, remembering the great players who have left us is part of this for me. The ones who immediately spring to mind for me are two who left us way too soon, Gene Nagy and Tony Ellin. There are, of course, many, many others. I will light a candle and hoist a glass in their memory as well as the memory of family and dear friends who are no longer here. If you would, please join me.
