This is one of Longoni top of line custom pool cue called the “Indiano”.

Butt weigh in at 17.1oz with 5/16-18 silver edge collar. The shaft is 13mm+ and weigh in at 4.1oz with a Moldavia hard tips. Butt and 13mm shaft is dead straight.
