This is a shocker.
Thanks to the best tournament director I ever met. His tournaments were always run flawlessly, fairly, and always fun as hell. The guy was also one of the nicest guys I ever met. He treated everyone in his tournaments like they were just as important as the next guy. I am totally saddened by the news of his death and the fact I wont be able to enjoy the great things he brought to the game any longer except for in memory.
He was an occasional poster on this board too.
<edit> seems I missed the earlier thread about this, just learned this due to the tribute in the news section of AZbilliards. This can be moved to that thread if ya wish Mike.
