Has anyone accepted the IPT settlement?

Today is Monday, the day the first 1/3 of the 1/3 settlement check was supposed to be sent to everyone that accepted.

Must have been tempting to many of the players, wonder if any agreed!

If anyone did, wonder if the checks went out today. Probably not!
