Has anyone ever heard of Chilton cues here.

Here in MN. I've seen his work and heard good things on his cues. Just wonder if anyone on this site has heard of or used his cues and what opinions you may have.

Very little help but this is all I know

I once saw a Dale Chilton cue for sale like 3-4 years ago. It looked like a nice cue but I was outbid. I have never had or played with one so I can only say that the pictured made the cue look like decent quality.

I have bought and sold a few. He makes a good playing cue. They are just tought to sell because he is not known very well outside of the upper midwest. Dale Chilton has been making cues since 1993.

Dale also makes a unique jump cue, the Flying eagle, using a short fat shaft/tip for the butt, allowing some variety in your jumps

I've used Dales shafts and been happy, he makes a flat laminated shaft, among others. I've seen some nice work of his, and saw he was using the Universal Smart Shaft on some cues lately, IIRC.

You can pick his cues out around here from across the room; he uses that vibration dampening rubber bumper.

A real nice guy, I think he shyed away from forums after venturing into RSB a few years back

I have his flying eagle jump cue. Works great and seems to be gaining in popularity from what I've seen. He lives about 3-4 miles from me and yes he is real nice to do business with. I plan to test his cues a little more and may buy one.
